1. 70k~, maybe bit more if you find someone who likes the skin.
2. 100k~ or so, -5 energy is unpopular for rangers though so might take some time to sell

More opinions appreciated. I've seen the Celestial Longbow go for 100K+XX Ecto at Ascalon ID1. :S

70K ish sounds right. The trades I've seen for the bow on the guru auction site are around that range. People may spam to sell for more but I'd be surprised if anyone actually bought one for that much.
