1. 70k~, maybe bit more if you find someone who likes the skin.
2. 100k~ or so, -5 energy is unpopular for rangers though so might take some time to sell
70K ish sounds right. The trades I've seen for the bow on the guru auction site are around that range. People may spam to sell for more but I'd be surprised if anyone actually bought one for that much.
Just wanted to say that I've been trying to sell a bow that's identical to your second there, been spamming for hours for 70k and been getting very few replies.
