PC on golds: 2 swords / 1 bow

Just wondering what this is all worth...

Sundering Desolation Sword of Deathbane
Dmg: 15-22 (Req. 9 Sword)
Inscription: "Strength and Honor"
Damage +15% while health greater than 50%.
Armor Penetration +20% (Chance: 20%)
Damage +20% (vs. Undead)

I was wondering, would the value of this sword increase if I put a +30hp fortitude mod on it, or is it already good enough as is. Makes for a pretty nice FoW weapon IMO. But I know nothing x.x

Zealous Gothic Sword of Defense
Dmg: 15-22 (Req. 9 Sword)
Damage +14% while health above 50%.
1 NRG gained per hit / -1 NRG degen
Armor +5

If I modded with 20/20 sundering + 30hp fortitude, what would the new price be?

Zealous Storm Bow of Enchanting
Dmg: 15-28 (Req. 9 Marks)
Damage +13% always
-5 Energy
1/-1 Zealous mod (NRG)
16% longer enchants

My main concern is would this bow be worth adding upgrades to for selling? Or is it just not worth it. Was thinking about adding the 20/20 and +30hp mods to it, but I'm not too sure.

dont' mod these three, usually on mod a sword that is worth 150k or over, at least that's my opinion, modded some fellblades, made out with only like 5k profit... :P, and wasn't worth the time selling them...

FYI: non max like 14^50 cuts price in half of that of a perfect dmg mod, and 13^50 cut price in 4th, sooo....
