Lately I've been looking for a W/E build that makes use of fire spells. In my searches I found none that appealed to me...so I've made my own. This is my first made-from-scratch build so any comments appreciated. If you think it's complete crap, please tell me along with why.

To be honest, the general response you'll get here is to..
Drop all Fire Magic. Plus, this is PvE; why not pump Swordsmanship all the way to 16 with a Superior rune? Or even a Major one?
Think about this.. With Conjure Flame you increase your attacks by 9 damage. Conjure costs 10 energy, which is a little much for a warrior with a base of 20, even with Radiant armor. At 12 Swordsmanship Dragon Slash does +34 and gains you 4 adren. At 16 you'll get +42 and gain 5 adren. So, why not..
Oh, and you need an IAS.
Point is, you're spreading your attribute points out, making the skills of the attributes less effective. As a warrior, you should focus on 3 attributes at the most. In PvE, WeaponMaster/Strength/Tactics is all you need. I play with a 16/9/11 spread.
There'll be more to critique, but I'm really tired atm and I'm not thinking 100% straight.

a couple of comments:
dragon slash and final thrust on the same bar is a waste. they dont have synergy with each other, and in the end, it just lowers your dmg output. both are 10 adren, one gives bonus adren and the other makes you lose all of your adren. doesnt matter which one you use first, you are gimping your dmg and wasting a slot (dragon first then final: lose the gained adren from dragon. final first: cant use dragon after it).
i dont know what the obsession with ppl trying to put ele skills on non caster classes. they just dont fit. you dont have the base energy or the energy regen to use them effectively (ie, on recharge), nor do you have a high enough attribute to get a good amount of dmg out of them. conjure is ok if you want to run it, but the added dmg you get from an occasional inferno just wont outweigh the benefits from bringing a higher spec in swordsmanship or tactics along with an extra utility skill.
you have a self heal and a rez, which are a plus, but no IAS which is a big minus. my advice, if you want to run a W/E caster, go with a hammer/AS build. but i really wouldnt even bother. you just end up gimping your dmg output.

What the above 2 posts said, plus you only need 3 attacks usually in a PvE bar. I run Jaizhenju, Sun + Moon and Dragon.
You also need an IAS, in place of the 4th attack, and tbh, Inferno is not going to be that useful.
One other thing... where the hell is your shield? You cant have one with 6 attrib in tactics/strength...so drop the fire magic and buff tactics preferably (for the benefit of healsig and a shield).
If i missed anything else, see who posts after me
