wow very interesting, the 25% vs. Charr is very interesting, haven't even seen one of these, 100k and 10e, but very unsure, interesting... haha i keep saying that :P

+25% vs Chars can be salvaged from a quest reward / collector item so it's not rare

Also, -1 Health Regen isn't nerfed dmg mod, +15%^-1 health regen wep still drops.

Please Check your FACTS. This mod stopped dropping about 6-8 months ago.

no it didnt. dropped several 14/15% -1 energy and 14/15%-1 health last week chestrunning in melandru's hope

It really isn't stopped dropping. It might be rare drop but that doesn't mean it has vanished to thin air. Please check your facts next time.

They still drop. And are nowhere near rare enough to sell for anything close to 100k...

I think you are confusing the +15% -1 energy regen that STILL drops with the +15% -1 HEALTH regen that does NOT drop anymore.


This mod was removed from dropping in presearing at the same time. There use to be a +12% -1 health regen bow that dropped in pre.

think again then. i dropped a 14-1health runic axe around 3 seconds ago.
if u want my opinion hurry and sell the bow for 100k before the buyer finds some mind

Um, wow, if that junk is worth 100k+ then my 15 -1 longsword is worth millions. These are hard to find but NOT nerfed. Get the facts before you claim something.


99% of the time -1 health degen is worthless..
