Not to Thread Spam but another idea hit me,
Add A Festival Hat NPC as a purchaseable NPC for Guild Hall. I find it sort of inconvient to travel when almost everything I need is at the Hall but I need to leave to get a hat for a character. I mean Weaponsmith is less used than Hat is.
