Where is Defy Pain again? I've capped it, but it was so long ago.

If its in the souther shiverpeaks or mineral springs, I suggest you go from Droknar's forge and work your way up (unless its in Mineral Springs, then go from Copperhead Mines to Granite Citidel).

U can cap Defy Pain very easy from the south exit in beacons perch. You just might have to rezone to get the boss there but he is outside beacons perch
