If you got the axe that you could attach two handles to before they nerfed it, is it still possible to attach two handles?

And how much do they cost now that the demand has gone down?

I found a fellow with a genuine unnerfed SoA. It had the new skin, but it had the dual mods on it.

New ones have both mods, but you can only change one of the mods. It's worthless now.

Its still nerfed yes. It has same mods, but cannot be changed in the way it once was able to.
