i'm looking for a wand/rod that meets the following criteria:
Must be one handed wand/rod
must req curses. req doesn't matter. in fact, the higher the cheaper, so lets go for higher.. ha
must deal cold damage
preferable that it has a 9 or 10 hct mod on it. though not manditory.
does not need to be gold
