What are some good Elona only cash runs i can do? I would like to have a probability of getting gems, such as running through djinn and roaring ethers. I can not go into the desolation but i have access into most of vabbi, all of kourna and istan.

In addition to the item it drops that usually has at least a good mod to sell, they give you a wad of cash ranging from around 500g on Istan to over 3k in the realm of torment. And I have gotten three or four gems from them as well.
It is currently not completely proven how long it takes the chests to reset before you can open them another round; but it is believed it may be one month.
