Improves casting speed using Fire magic skills (chance 18%)
Divine Favor +1 (17% chance whilst using skills)

Not max dmg or bonuses, just wondered if the low req added to value

id say merch cuz i dunno how much a divine favor +1<17%> would get ya ... wait for another opinion
