All staffs have 20% skill recharge (The inherent mod).

All items are inscriptable, gold, and only the labeled ones lack an inscription slot. For your convinence, weapons and shields that I have mods for are listed below their corresponding section. Numbers in stock can be identified by the x(X) the item name and before the price. Prices are based on the PC section though I do know that that section is somewhat outdated, so I'm somewhat out of the loop on some items values.
