Faction Allegiance Titles

As a person trying to achieve Kind of a Big Deal, I was reading the note in wiki
"Note
If you've earned a title for the Kurzick or Luxon faction already, earning faction and donating it to a guild of the opposite faction will not have any effect on the title."

should your guild change sides or you join a different guild, can you gain titles for both or can you only achieve one allegiance?

I believe you can only redeem the faction with your own guild/alliance so probably not at the same time, but you can still get both. If you need to get faction with the opposite side, here's a couple ways you can do it:

1) Do Fort Aspenwood on the opposite side
2) Get a guest invite to a guild of the opposite faction and AB with them
3) Go outside into areas controlled by the opposite faction and bribe the priests (not recommended, but still a way)
4) Go do quests given by NPCs of the opposite faction

Sorry to clarify, Say I achieve a title with the Luxon side say "Friend of the Luxons"...then for some reason my guild turns to Kurzik will I be able to obtain the Friend of the Kurzik track after getting that Luxon title?

I think your answer is pretty clearly on the note in wiki. I don't have any experience with the title myself, but it looks like you can get titles for both sides without it affecting your existing titles.

Yes, you can get the "Friend of the Kurzicks" title after getting "Friend of the Luxons" and vice versa. I currently have progress going for both of those titles myself.

What wiki is trying to say is that if you get friends of the *** which is how many points? 100.000? and then go and get the title for the opposite side your 100.000 points from the first one will not go down.
