Is it an inscription staff? Is the 20% cast inherent or a staff head..

If you add a picture of stats we could do this a lot faster ..

and I am assuming it has max dmg and max + energy (no mod)

(if it has 5energy already the HCT 20% can't be adept staff head mod)
