Pricing on items in Pre-Searing

Hi, I was wondering if anybody had developed any general pricing guideline for items in pre. In particular, I have an item I'm not sure how much I should try to sell for:

Purple Accursed Staff of Fortitude
Halves skill recharge of spells (Chance 14%)
Energy +6
Dark Damage: 8-11 (Requires 5 curses)
Halves casting time of spells (Chance 8%)
Health +25
Two-handed

There's only few items in Pre-Sear worth selling: dyes, vampiric weps, charr bag (not sure how popular this is)..I might be missing something from the list but that's about it.
