PC: Two Caster Zodiac Weapons

Never really been in the market for these and the stickies don't really help.

Have two nice Zodiac weapons to sell. First, a wand:

Zodiac Scepter, req 9 Blood Magic
+5 Energy (while health is above 50%)
10% Halves Casting Time (while using spells)

The other a staff:

Zodiac Staff, req 9 Water Magic
20% Halves Skill Recharge (while using spells)
20% Halves Casting Time (while using Water Magic spells)
(Insightful of Fortitude, 5/30)

I know the value of these is hard to pin down, and will vary quite a bit with the attribute. Any suggestions on where I should start asking for these? Thanks.

I dont have any idea on the wand but

The water staff = 100k + xx ectos maybe near 200k (tho will be hard time to find buyer I guess because water eles are not the most popular in pve) ? get more opinions.
