PC on a zodiac staff and what should I do with upgrades

halves skill recharge time of spells (20%)
energy +10
earth damage 11-22 (req. 9 earth magic)
halves casting time of spells (9%)
(head) health +27
(wrapping) armor +7 (vs. elemental dmg)

yeah I know it sucks, but I also got these upgrades:

staff wrapping +30 hp
staff head 20/20 cast time
staff head +5 energy

should I add the staff wrapping and the 20/20 head? or a diffrent combo? or maybe even sell the staff seperate from the upgrades or merch the staff, sell upgrades? anyway let me know what you think, (I also have no problem of buying another head or wrapping and then add to the staff to sell for higher price)

Try for 30-40k on the staff... probally will go lower, but don't add the mods and sell it as is
