Gold/Weapon Farming

I'm sure this has been posted a million times but I'm looking for some farming guides. Mainly for gold/weapons. Where are the best areas in all three campaigns to score some quick cash and loot? I'm not really thinking about farming greens here, just in general. Also, I'm thinking more of the "above ground" locations and not so much the Underworld and the like.
