Nerfed SS/55 UW farming?

Hi,
Im in the american territory and of course, we rarely get favor, but when i did SS/55 for my first time with my SS i was doing it perfect, noone would attack me , i would SS them kill them and move on. But accouple updates past and we got favor again, and when i get in casting range to use SS they start chasing me, and now there are more Nightmares and what-not. Can anyone help me?

my build is: SS/blood rit/reckless haste/defile enchantments/av/sv/arcaneecho/rez

SS causes agro break now. Your 55 is taking too much agro. Normally an aataxe group of up to about 3 maaaybe 4 won't break from SS.

Any group size over three causes them to flee and heal. That applies to any mob in any area.

Any AoE spell now casues break of argo.

Get a full party and clear the underworld, HUGE Ecto drop rate outside the normal farming areas. Check out the spawning pools or chaos plains, Just about everything down in those areas drops ecto or rares it seems. But you have zero chance of getting there with a farming build alone... Get some people to go with and dedicate a hour or two to the process. Everyone will be richly rewarded.

depends how you define AoE, but if you consider SS as AoE then what your saying is complete BS.

55/SS works fine, just dont try it with a pickup 55 anymore. and dont expect the same cash return you used to have. Smites are slow, but ones you get the hang of the Av/SV timing you can do it.

They changed AoE aggro mechanics a while back to make it harder to get melee aggro.

And quit putting stupid subliminal messages about how america never has favor. It has favor at least 8-10 hours a day. If you're not in the Japan or Taiwan regions, you shouldn't whine about "rarely having favor". It just makes you sound like a 10 year old whiny kid.

Well some of us have other things to do like work instead of playing games all day so you can change that 8-10 to more like 1-2

I was merely saying that America has favor quite often, nothing about your online time. If you're online 1-2 hours a day and have favor, that's great. Better off than some people who log in 15 hours a day and only see favor once every 3 weeks. Why do so many people try to attack what others say to defend themselves? Lack of self confidence?
