It is a well accepted common fact that all mages have 60 armor. But for a profession that stresses so much offence they sure do fail to lack defence according, if anything elementalists are so versatile with their elements bringing just one or two earth spells with spare points make a difference and those who specialize in them in them can match a warrior. Every element can be used to bend any situation in their favor, from earth helping them hold their ground from any damage until the unlikely time someone brings enough enchantment removal, or fire to take out hordes of monsters in seconds, or water to slow down the enemies attempts. 50 armor sounds much more fitting for a profession with such growing popularity but not just popularity growing power. With every game comes a new move that blows away the rest and more to make up for their short commings and they have already surpassed what most players expected in nightfall. Dont take me as a hater or anything since I play a elementalist primary and after beating all 3 games I find it way too easy to nuke through missions leaving little struggle for the team or even tank when needed. Even I know when I am too strong. What I have explained so far is the primary alone, daze and similiar tactics can easily be countered with the right secondary leaving no profession to overtake them since they can even become immune to their own spells. Whats next? If you need a suggestion why not just make enchantment removal preventable next and let them reign?
Now I know you think its all in the spirit of the game but look at the other professions that have been put to shame, professions few people play and most deem useless due to limited flexibility, why not work on those?
Either way your farming "nerf" hardly effected me at all so read this and laugh if you want, I'll be busy making money. No point in making monsters scatter at half health when I can kill them before they get away...
