Ok, I was told that Gaile sometimes checks in here, if so some of these go to her because I have no other alternative of reaching her.

1. Would it be possible to have penguins as mini pets?

2. do you happen to have any hobbies besides GW?

ok, last one, now this has been bugging me for a while, Where can I get a panda? I don't want anybody here to sell me one, but where would be the best place to look to find one for sell? Thanks for your time and patience.

2) yes (I have a home built htpc that needs regular maintenance) (and yes I know that one is aimed at gaile, who can be reached directly via a PM)

Pandas were a special prize for a couple things in Taiwan and Japan

- Guild Wars Championship in Japan top 2 teams (up to 8 members each)
- Taiwan region, 1~49th signup to help newbies during first two weeks of Nightfall retail (49 were given)
- Taiwan region Nightfall title contest prizes (61 were given)
- Taiwan region GW 1st anniversary wallpaper contest prizes (10 total)

making a total of 136 maximum of them in existence in the game. They occasionally show up on auction sites, such as the auction area here (http://www.guildwarsguru.com/auction/item.php/id=367986)

Thanks, any chance you could give me the name I could PM her at? I'd assume Gaile Grey but that may have been taken by some crazed fan. The reason I hope to eventually get a panda is because there isn't a penguin mini.

I guess the bad part is that I will need 4000k to get one and I don't have any way to get large sums of cash quickly. Any suggestions?

20 million! who has that kind of cash! Anybody that's willing to pay that much must be insane!

No way to get the cash quickly “legally” that is. You have to earn it by farming, selling, or trading. If you’re lucky you will get the ultra rare drop that you can sell for boat loads of cash. Good luck it’s never happed for me yet

Gail visits the forums on this site regularly in fact there is one in riverside that she started recently. You can send her a private e-mail but keep in mind she probably gets bombarded with tons of messages. So don’t be to disappointed if she does not answer you.

thanks for the info. I don't get dissapointed, I seem to only feel two main emotions: Love and Anger. The other emotions don't really show theirselves. Any good way to farm when your a low lvl character? Is there a guild here or something that would be helpful?

How many are in a "stack"? do you mean 9 ectos or do you mean 9 stacks where each stack has a certain amount in it.

a "stack" of anything in GW = 250

250... multiply that by 9...and I classify that under the impossible section of my idea list. How would you get that many, what are ectos anyway.

Ectos are used for high end looking armor, quite a few are needed, ectos drop mostly in the underworld, including the tombs of the primevil kings (pve), and rare instances outside those areas. Look up www.guildiwki.org , great source of info.

Theres only 7 spots to put items in the trade window + a max of 100k in coins,

So I guess the cap on trading would be 100k + 1750 Ecto.

With the Ecto rate @ 9k ea

Thats only 15,850,000

So ya with the trust issues...lol Im sure this is an impossible trade @ 20,000,000

The panda has just been added to the impossible list. I have a very bad time trusting people outside of the guild or my few real life friends. Oh well, for anybody in the DAD guild(s) If you know who this is, and chances are you do. Since the panda thing is no longer possible for me, as soon as my laptop gets fixed, I'm going to start a w/mo and just hang around pre, I'm going to try that dye farming thing, and will hopefully get one of the fellow guildies to carry it over to the Post-searing. I plan to sell them for 100gp for each color except for black, that will go for 4k. this way, they get it cheaper than the trader, and I can make some cash.

What do you guys/girls think of this?

Who knows, I just might. First I have to get my laptop fixed so I can start playing, and after that I don't plan on opening store until I've farmed at least 10 of each, 5 of the black. That may take a while, since I'm new to farming and since it's in Pre.
