Dragon Moss Farming 55HP Mo/R
Levi Garett
Yep another Dragon Moss build. I'm not claiming this build is any better than the already posted Dragon Moss builds since there's really no quick way to farm these guys. As long as they are dead before the Warden patrol goes back up the hill then you're doing this farm as efficient as possible. Unless somehow you can kill them and pickup your drops before the Wardens come down the hill? Pretty sure that's impossible.
Anyways I got tired of farming these guys with the same ole' build so I decided to try something different. Here goes:
You need the quest A New Escort to do this farm.
Equipment:Any armor with 5 Superior runes. -50HP offhand from The Cities of Ascalon Quest in Tyria. Any weapon with 20% longer enchants; +5 Energy is nice but not necessary.
Attributes and Skills:
[skill]Protective Spirit[/skill][skill]Shield of Absorption[/skill][skill]Shielding Hands[/skill][skill]Shield of Judgment[/skill][skill]Storm Chaser[/skill][skill]Edge of Extinction[/skill][skill]Brambles[/skill][skill]Blessed Aura[/skill]
How to:
From Saint Anjeka's Shrine head into Drazach Thicket. Speed is key here otherwise you're going to have to wait for the Warden Patrol to clear before you aggro the Dragon Mosses. Go ahead and cast Blessed Aura and start heading up towards the mobs past the rez portal. You will notice a bush in the middle of the path. Lay down EoE and Brambles (in that order) right behind this bush. Again act fast here-quene up the nature rituals so you're not wasting time.
As you're casting Brambles go ahead and quene up Protective Spirit. Once PS starts to cast follow it with Shielding Hands and Storm Chaser into the Dragon Mosses. At this point the Warden patrol will be coming down the hill so make sure you don't aggro them while you're rounding up the Dragon Mosses. Since you're in a "speed" stance be careful not to break aggro while rounding them up. I normally just aggro them all and stand in the middle to let the aggro sink in; at this point shielding hands is blinking so go ahead and cast SoA and run back towards the bush. Position yourself right in front of the bush (in the shadow) but don't go past the bush or the Dragon Mosses will kill your spirits. Now cast SoJ and refresh PS/SoA/SH as needed. Before SoJ runs out you should have a nice Boom:
Notes:
I do not recommend farming this spot more than 5-7 runs as anti-farm kicks in rather quickly. When picking up your loot be careful of the Warden traps. If you trigger a trap it will aggro the Wardens. When using Shielding Hands you need to make sure you cast PS first THEN cast Shielding Hands. Unlike SoA the casting order of PS+SH DOES make a difference. I've never had stragglers using the above method, but if somehow one or two Dragon Mosses stay alive just cast another SoJ and finish them off. The Wardens will put down another Brambles so they die rather quickly from SoJ+Bleeding.
Enjoy, and happy farming!
Edit: Thanks Wrath of Dragons...I added the skills into the post.

ok..just figured out a super fast ele/necro build...for this spot.
Spitefull spirit is my elite, reckless haste, Armor of earth, stoneflesh aura, earth attunment for energy and storm dijin haste.
16 in earth, 12 in curses, rest in energy storage.
Super fast...super easy.

very nice guide, very clear and easy to understand thanks!

I've been doing this for a while.
I find brambles unnecessary, if you move close enough into the warden spirit zone, you can get the effect on the monsters without laying it yourself.
Then again, I haven't done it for a few weeks, but I'm pretty sure it would still work.

GREAT BUILD! Props to you.
I don't want to be intruding on your build or make you feel that it doesnt work well, because its so godly quick. but, i find that switching storm chaser for balthazaars spirit, gives you added energy boost. for me, it provides a safety net for me to spam protection spells repeatedly incase i mess up. you can still agro all the dragon mosses without the added speed buff, just watch your agro bubble carefully and you should clear the thing in about 1 minute, even waiting for the wardens to clear out for you to snatch the drops.
great build
9/10- just because anti farming code hits quick here(i just press on through, got like 800 in pure gold drops etc)

I don t see the use of EoE, they all die pretty the same moment anyways
krypt1200
EoE adds to the death threat, true, they usually die at almost the same time, but eoe makes SURE they do, theres always a few that arent attacking as much, and dont bleed as much, and dont get hurt by soj as much, and eoe takes care of that
Moone
u can also just swap it for serpents quickness, so you can keep soj up way longer
krypt1200
Why bring serpents quickness when they all already die in one cast of SoJ?

Brambles is needed otherwise the run will take longer since you will need to wait for the warden patrol to walk down the hill and cast Brambles for you.
EoE ensures any stragglers get cleaned up. I've ran this build before w/o EoE (using Sepents for longer SoJ) and I've had stragglers. The problem with stragglers is the Warden Patrol will be hanging around and you'll have to wait for them to walk back up the hill to re-aggro the dragon mosses.
Serpents is not needed as one round of SoJ (with blessed aura and 20% enchants) will take down the group (if you have EoE up).
Storm Chaser is easy energy management since the dmg is 100% elemental. Storm Chaser will fill your energy from zero to full in ~5 seconds.
The key here is speed. You need to aggro the mobs before the warden patrol comes down the hill. After the dragon mosses die wait for the warden patrol to go back up the hill, pickup your drops, and /resign and start again.
This farm is easily doable in less than 5 minutes. Probably more like 3 minutes door-to-door. You will suffer anti-farm after 5-7 runs so I only farm this place for about 15-20 minutes and move on to the next spot on my farming route.
There are tons of other builds that work here just fine. This one is just more foolproof IMHO and guarantees a quick farm.
