I need a PC on a PURPLE Tower Shield (Req8 Strength) - Armor16 - Reduces Blind duration on you by 20% (Stacking).

- If it's from Tyria, without inscription slot, sell it to merchant.
- If it's from Elona (Nightfall), with inscription slot, 50k+++ since req.8 is rare over there. Wait for a more accurate PC if.
