That staff i got along time ago, its got no rqe and i didnt know if thats rare or nerfed or if it even matters.

1. Sought after skin 40k~, more or less depending on luck
2. 30k~
3. Not sure sorry, I remember there used to be few max energy weps without requirement but drops were nerfed. I only know that year ago some collectors were after these.
