PC Zodiac Scepter

Sexy. Not entirely sure. I've bought a few (non wanted skins) scepters in the past month, being spawning, channeling, water all +5^50 10% ranging from 5-20k.
I'd say around 20-30k would be a safe bet, however it does depend on the buyers and blah blah etc etc

As usual get more opinions.!

Rare/wanted skin, nice req.....but stats leave the piece wanting. Ive unloaded pieces like this for 15-25k. Hard to find a buyer tho, the below 50% mod realy hurts the price.
