I recently found an Orrian Earth Staff doing quests.

It has 20% Halves Skill Recharge of spells, 11-22 (max), req 9 and inscribable. If I were to put in valued mods like 20% Half Spell cast, 20% enchant, and +5 energy, how much would this staff go for?

40k-80k seems to be the current going rate for orrian/obsidian staff skins. Not sure if adding mods will change the price too much...

agree with lord and imo mods doesnt increase value of item it just help it sell better
