GWEN as the UBER-HERO!

I think seeing Gwen all grown up (and filled out... of course ) would completely and totally ROCK! She should come back as some kind of UBER-HERO you can enlist to defeat the evil forces once and for all. Maybe that muppet Asurian mini-pet could be her side-kick.

Hey, maybe there could be a romance between your char and Gwen (remember the end of KOTOR2?).

Anywho... it would fit in with the philosophy of the story line and the hero system.

And besides... don't we all miss that gangly little girl?

It would be nice to finally unravel the mystery, but I wouldn't want her to turn into just another hero.

Hey Sith, not just "another hero", an UBER-HERO. Maybe one you could actually play. Maybe we could ALL be Gwen, like some twisted Agent Smith kinda thing. OK, just kidding there... but about being a playable hero I'm not.

Plus, with the KOTOR2 reference, I'd thought you of all people would be into it.

GW's new chapter might be named Eye of the North, which you can abbreviate to GW:EN, that kinda rebirthed the hypeSeriously....she's like 10 to 40 years younger than you are, depending on what your characters look like

I wouldn't mind solving the gwen mystery or her being a hero, but unless the game is set 10 years after proph she's going to be a little too young to have a romance with.

I mean like, right now Gwen is an enjoyable character everyone knows from pre-sear and what happened to her is a big mystery that most people have wondered about at least once. If she were made into a hero, even some supposed "uber-hero", she would be reduced from an iconic figure to the likes of Acolyte Sousuke. Does anyone care about Sousuke? No, he's just some generic hero guy that you may use occasionally.

That's because the devs didn't involve most of the heroes enough in the storyline.

gwen as a hero, maybe, but i agree that heros should be more involved in the story lines. not just generic beings the use skills you give them.

As far as romance.....please tell me you were joking. She was 10ish in pre. two years to post, then what a year maybe two to NF. so shes maybe 14.

Crickey. It's a game. ANet can make up whatever future they wish. I personally love the mythos surrounding Gwen. Anything that engages speculation is a good thing.

Although I still like the idea of Gwen as a playable UBER-HERO in the next Chapter, here's another slant on it...

A mission called Avatar of Gwen.

Your char is given a skill called Avatar of Gwen where you must assume her identity to gain access into The Great Hall of the Gods and defeat Grenth. Gwen's is ultimately revealed as the earthly reincarnation of Dwayna. Hey, if Togo can be the Emperors brother, anything can happen.

I just want her back.
