I just tried a combo on the targets on the isle of the nameless it could destroy 60al targets kill 80al most of the time and occaisionaly kill the 100al target in one it was:
sword - 15
strength - 15
sever artery -> gash -> headbutt -> fianl thrust

I packs a huge punch, I have always wondered why headbutt is not used very much in PvP (100 armour + blocking damage) but am not sure if it would work in RA, TA, HA or GvG or what the rest of the build would be ( frenzy: sprint: Heal sig: rez ???) any comments?

Headbutt's cute and all, maybe even effective in random formats, but emptying your entire energy pool (you ARE using Plague Touch too, I hope...) for Daze and a bit of damage isn't all too brilliant... I can generally get a lot more mileage out of elite attack skills (Dragon Slash to cycle the heavy-hitting sword skills, Evis for a spike).
In any serious PvP, that Daze will be gone before it matters, and you would have been better off with Ob Flame

Also, to get any respectable damage out of Headbutt, you need to spec up pretty high in Strength... And as we all know here, Strength is... less than satisfactory. To reach such a high Strength, you'd need at least a major and a sup rune - in GvGs and the like, such a low health is suicidal; and in random formats, assassins will eat you alive.
