i just got a new pc (w00t) no software on it tho its clean, now i was wondering if i install vista the home premium or w/e the name is will gw run smoothly on it? got a gforce 7300+ 256 mb gfx card in it

It will run smoother the more RAM you have and the faster your CPU is, Vista hogs RAM but anything above 1024 would be fine, Assuming your CPU clocks above 2.1GHZ that is

The GeForce 7300 will run GW just fine but don't expect a good framerate with all the effects enabled since it's kinda a low end video card. As for vista, i agree with darko, the more ram you have the better, if you have 512mb, don't go with vista 1GB or higher is fine.

The card will play at a decent resolution of say 1024 x 768 with no anti-aliasing or anistrophic filtering enabled.

Enlightened, I am using GF 6600 atm and it runs fine within most situations. Although I do experience slow-downs since NF came out.
