Hi, I hope this is the right place for my question. I tried a search to see if there was anything addressing my question, but i seem to be having some problems with the search function of the forum.
Anyways, I am wondering if there is a problem with Underworld chests or more specifically the lack of them. I have recently started doing a bit of underworld farming again, and i cant remember the last time i saw a chest in the underworld. I do several smite runs per day, with some missions inbetween, but i havent seen a chest for ages. Same seems to apply to keys, i used to get a fair amount of key drops now i dont get any.
Is this just my bad luck? or is there some kind of bug with the chest system?

I get a chest maybe every 1 out of 2 times. Generally by the smites. Only getting purple from them anyhow.

I quit the UW chests a long time ago...kept getting purples.
At any rate, they stopped appearing for me too.

It's not just UW. I made two runs through the Mirror Of Lyss today and didn't see a single chest. Not farming code as I haven't been there in over two weeks.

Chest spawns seem to be related to quests and/or mob spawns.

I've usually found one out past the village in the middle of all the coldfires... Haven't been trapping the UW for all that long thoguh so I've no idea if there are less than usual :S

I see them, they are just way less common then they used to be.

The UW isnt even all that great DoA is where its at you dont make a huge profit unless you get really lucky.

I get UW chests once out of every 2-3 smite runs. Keys are spotty, I won't get any or I'll get 3 in one run. I got a gold FDS yesterday out of a chest.

I just did some questing in UW with a guild group, and we got three key drops. No chests to use them on though, which was bad.

I rarely see chests anymore there, even after going through 3-4 areas in a single run. The ones I've found, nothing but grapes for merchx.

I come across them sometimes during smite runs but very few, I think it sais enough I have a surplus of keys atm (around 10) from random drops there and I always open a chest if I find one....

Why would people still chest running in UW? I thought Nightfall items are more in demand with inscribable slot and better looking skins. Please enlighten me.

Don't know if people are "running" chest in UW but you find them while doing smite runs.
While you're down there make sure you look around for the chests using alt key, they're small and sometimes easy to miss.
BTW got a gold +5 energy bow last night out of one.
