Insignias/runes can be pricechecked by yourself at rune trader

Perfect inscriptions can be pricechecked by yourself again in Price checks Sticky

But inscriptions (2/3) u posted are non perfect, sell them to merchant (or upgrade heroes weapons)

The other your weapons arent max dmg, can be sold to merchant/or salvage them
