yea, so i know expertise cuts down the cost of mana while using skills..
does it effect only ranger skills, or all skills? thx

It effects everything except Spells in other words.

Glyphs, Traps, Rituals, Preps, Attack Skills, Skills, etc.

There was rumor around that they were going to nerf this soon so that it only affects Ranger abilities. have not been able to confirm this yet.

Never heard that rumor and there'd be no game-balancing point to it. Hammer Rangers and Touch Rangers aren't overpowered or anything.

well if they are going to nerf expertise they should also nerf mesmers fast casting to affect only mesmer skills. seems fair. lol. j/k i hope they don't nerf either.
