Bumps are NOT every 12 hours. They recently changed it to every 24 hours. Read the updated sticky. Not sure on a price but i can tell you its definitely not worth 100k+ ectos.

this is an ele sword...it'll go over 100k, but who knows how much

all i can tell you , is i sold one same stat (well actually it got a +5 energy +20 ench) for about 300k 1 month ago. i dont think ele sword price dropped a lot so i will say 200k-250k is a good range.
