I'm not sure whether this is common knowledge or not.

Healing reduction stops at 66%, but this doesn't take scourge healing into account. Combined, the two can easily cancel out Aura of Restoration, Ether Feast, Healing Signet, and healing springs.

Necromancer and monk self-heals, however, are better than the ones for the other professions. It can take these on quite easily as well.
For example, a heal of 200;

200-(66%x200)=68-67=1

This means that a spell that was meant to heal for 200, instead heals for 1.

well... you could say the same thing about backfire...

this can be good for CA, but other arenas have good hex removal... maybe parasitic as a cover hex, or malaigne intervention...

Actually it's way better than backfire...
Backfire only triggers once with Aura of Restoration and Ether feast, I think Healing springs isn't a spell, and Healing signet is a signet. So backfire won't trigger for two of the four self-heals, and only once, for Aura.

Also, backfire can't take on a 200 heal like this can, and scourge healing lasts three times longer.
