i've got a Hale Smiting Staff of Shelter-
halves skill recharge of spells (chance 20%)
energy +10
light damage 11-22 require 9 smiting prayers
health +28
armor +7 vs. physical damage

if I could get a price on this, even if a price on mod if worth more, I'd really appreciate it... It would settle an arguement between myself and my husband on worth! Thank You.
