I've collected all these items while playing through Nightfall and I'd like to see if I've got anything of value.

Ok well if you look at the stickies only your adamantine falchion is considered a rare skin. Price listed there is 20-30K.
The hawkeye hammer has an inscription worth 2-4K, and vamp hammmer haft 2-3K, boar scepter has wand wrapping worth 3-10K, prism has inscription 5-10K, the staff not even the mods are really worth anything, although it could be worth something to the right buyer or if you have found a 'super-cool' looking skin

All prices I mention above are from stickies, which you have to consider as the very top end of the market if you are lucky enough to find a desperate buyer.
Lyssa's Bedlam has a few people wanting to buy it, so somewhere around 20K?? maybe more if you get lucky again.
So basically salvage/merch everything except the falchion and scythe IMO.
