Hey and thank you for reading.

I forgot to add my access key to an existing account. On the support thing you can send an email and give them all your keys that you added and the new key you want adding to your existing account. I have all the keys but not the original from prophecies (I think it was a little paper thing which you tore open) or if it was a card then that's ok but I think the card was from the special edition so then it's not ok.

So yeah.. Am I screwed? If so my entire life has been ruined by a game.

The code for propehecies is on the back of the cover of installer disc 1.

Might help you in the future to write all your keys down and store them in a safe place. I secure mine in an encrypted excel spreadsheet that I backup regularly from. Also helps with putting keys in again, as I can copy and paste them.
