In the past there was a forum on ur favorite weapon skin, which was before nightfall came out. i know that cuz i have posted on it before. now that nightfall has been out a while, i decided to start a weapon thread. just because i am curious how has the new skin in nightfall affected ur favorite weapon skin choices (if it has). well anyway here are my fovrite:

Sword: broadsword, tattooed scimitar, clossal scimitar (cant decide which i like the most so tie)
Axe: sephis, sickle
Shield: magmas, gloom
Bow: Dead bow, and murssat
Dagger: Steel daggers
Spear: Suntouched Spear
Generic Caster skin Staff (cuz there just to many for diff req so here i put the ones that can come with various req): Platinum Staff and Ghostly Staff

feel free to post ur favorite. note: it does not have to be a weapon that you own or anything; just the skin you like cuz there are weapons out there that some of us cant afford or dont feel like farming all the ectos to purchase one. and if u cant decide which u like better just post them all like i did :P ..... cheers

Been a while since I played but I'll try to remember:

Sword:

Crystalline: Even though its sought after because of its rarity, it does have the most unique and complex design.)
Long Sword: Large and simplistic look. Typical of RPGs I reckon.

Axe:

Gothic Dual Axe: Dark and looks heavy. Very threatening.
Tribal Axe: Rustic look is nice and primitive.

Shield:

Gloom: Large and shiny.
Iridescent Aegis: Petite and shiny.

Bow:

Dragon Hornbow: Traditional looking but with nice detail, underrated because it was once a PvP skin i think.
Zodiac Longbow: Unique and very large. Suits female rangers more though.

Daggers:

Celestial Daggers: The best Celestial item. They look good in a frenzied combo.
Platinum Sickles: Big silver hooks

Caster Items:

Ghostly Staves: Transparent and animated.
Platinum Staves: Kinda spoiled by greens though.
Boneclaw Staves: Elongated Bortak's Bone Claw!

Bow = Dragon Headed Horn Bow
Shield = Tall Shield
Staff = Orrish Earth Staff, Dragon Headed Staff & Ghostly Staff

As you can see all Prophecies items. I hate Factions and Nightfall items.

Tactics Shield: Summit Warlord Shield (by far the best item in game, IMO)
Strength Shield: Defender
Bow: Mursaat Hornbow (although I never use hornbows)
Daggers: Jeweled (for expert salvaging)
Spear: Wintergreen
Scythe: Banana
Wand: Wayward (endgame Factions green)
Focus: Jug (goes well with my Drunkard titles)

Some catagories have more than one favorite skin, can't help it.

Sword: Brute or Jade sword
Axe: Sephis or Ancient
Hammer: Tetsubo
Bow:Spiked recurve bow or Ironwing
Daggers: Shiro's Blades (my favorite looking weapon in the game)
Spear:Windblade spear
Shield(warrior):Ornate
Shield(paragon):Eagle defender
Offhand: Bleached Skull
Wand: Platinum wand
Staff: Raven staff

From the pictures on wiki I would probably drool all over a Runic blade, but I have never actually seen one.
