confusion about wands

can i apply a wand wrappings on a wand found in factions or prophecies?

if yes, then the wand found in factions or in prophecies has 2 "extra suff"
assume i got a wand from collectors in prophecies...the wand will contains:
1. an already built in inscriptions
2. a wand wrapping add by me later on
3. may be I can add another inscriptions on it? <not sure>

so just assume wands from prophecies can have a maxium of 2 upgrade (including the built in one)

now we go to nightfall...wands from collectors in nightfall contains
1. 2 built in inscription
2. a wand wrapping that player can add on to it.

so it is actually not fair...? wands from prophecies has 2 but wands from nightfall has 3!?!?



an extram question too....
pvp ands created in pvp creater has 2 upgrades only too... a wand warpping and an inscription....so nightfall's wands are the most powerful=.=?

Prophecies, Factions and Nightfall wands are all the same in terms of stats and possiblities however the Nightfall wands have the bonus of changeable modifiers. All wands have a wrapping and an inscription but only Nightfall wands can have their inscriptions and wrappings altered.

It often looks like Nightfall items have more on them because they have an extra line with the inscription's quotation (e.g. "Forget Me Not").

As a result, PvP wands will never be inferior or superior to 'perfect' PvE wants.

Here are two wands from my storage. The first is a Nightfall wand and the second from Factions.

As shown, the Boar Scepter has an inscription and a wand wrapping - nothing else can be added to it. It does not allow a second inscription.

Req 9 Spawning
HSR Spawning 19%
Inscrip: +20% while hexed

The Factions wand has it's inherent mod (inscription equivalent), but no wand wrapping - therefore I can add one.

+5e while enchanted

No, wands found in Prophecies and in Factions cannot have anything added to them. They are as they drop and cannot be altered in any way shape or form.

Wands from all 3 campaigns (as well as PvP wands) can only contain a maximum of 2 modifiers. No wands, anywhere, will ever have more then 2.


This is not true, Only Nightfall wands can have wraps added to them.
