PC: Icy dragon sword of Enchanting / +15 dmg if +50% HP / enchantments 20% longer.

Hey all, after a while not playing i decided to go playing again a bit, but first i wanna make a new character so also prolly selling this sword:

Blue colored name:
Icy Dragon Sword of Enchanting.
15-22 Cold dmg, req. 9 Swordmanship.
+15 dmg if above 50% Health.
Encahantment last 20% Longer.

Well.. so i'd like to know how much this is worth.
