Monochrome FTW!

A single color, like your blue one, sets the mood so well, doesn’t it? The red eyes add the perfect highlight. Did you do it on the computer or did you scan it in?

Graphite! Man it’s been so long since I picked up a pencil. Nice contrast for a graphite illustration. All my old stuff that I did with a pencil had a severe lack of contrast.

I love the background in the third one. Especially the skyline. Soft, subtle, but with detail. What did you use to create this image?

Hehe aww Lucifer. Well we've all done that fo' sho'. XD Is that watercolors or something? That's awesome! I love the feeling watercolors and other similiar media give to a picture. Sweet. I'm sure I've seen all these pictures on DA before or something. Hmm! I so rarely use it nowdays 'cause I'm lazy... *must check your gallery*

When people create characters they are alone in the game and most of the time they're using their single player mentality to create one for themselves. Something they want to watch and play with. Most of the time that character will be a male for me.

Lol You gals are right about the whole creating a 'Male' Character instead of a woman. I chose to create male characters because I AM a woman. Why would I need to create a female when I am one lol. Lets face it, If Guild Wars is the ultimate Fantasy why can't you go all the way and be a different Sex?. Plus I think sometimes men look better

. I am not gay and another reason I create male charries is because I love men lol. *shrugs*

The eyes done in Photoshop CS. I love doing pencil and graphite work alot, but since I am used to it I am trying to use Photoshop more now. The third one was colored in Photoshop completely. Took a long time >.<...But I liked the way it came out! .

Ebony, you have an absolute knack for eyes... probably the hardest part of a face to get right, but in those first two drawings you posted, the eyes are absolutely captivating... stunning.

All of your work is richly detailed and very involved - you are to be commended for that attention to detail, as well as the precision with which you present those details!

Wonderful work! Lol wow thanks . Most apprecited. Eyes are my absolute favorite thing to draw, like you said they are the key to any character at all. I always like drawing a person in with the characters eyes. Perhaps to see what they are seeing. Or feeling etc.

ANYWAY Well I'm a female in RL, oh wait, a GAY female AKA lesbian, and I have both female and males characters. I make my character choice based on looks and armor. I make what I like. I don't base my decision on my sex nor sexual orientation.

My rl partner, who posted here, Commander Ryker, made all of her characters guys. She doesn't care for the slutty look of some of the armors, although if *I'm* the one wearing it, it's all good

I have met very few male players that haven't made some really hot sexy sultry female characters.

The only thing we are suppossed to do is have fun in the game and treat our fellow players with respect, and maybe SPAM on the trade channel.
