Urgent!!!!!!!!

Hi guys

i have a serios problem with the game, at the start when i get at the character select and i select the one i want a message apears that says "error Code=013"...i've been doing this for an our or so....please someone help my

Error 13 indicates a server error, as opposed to 007 which indicates an error in the connection.
You can't help it. You can only wait till Anet fixes it.

Luckily for me I'd had my fill of GW last night before ANet decided that the European Server wasn't worth maintaining any more...so for once I wasn't really angered by it. It is excessivley annoying though. I fail to see why they can't keep the European Servers...well....functioning.

When you manage to keep an entire data center up 24/7 with zero failures, ever, then you can complain about it.

Anet can't keep it up for most of the week never mind 24/7. Give me their kind of money and I'm sure I'd do a better job at least.

I'm sorry if me paying for the game and expecting to be able to play it offends you.

As I read in another thread,

the issue is related to some hardware, IIRC, in Germany.
Something that gave indications to fail, yet didn't do 100%.

So it seems, it is coming under replacement now and thus the error should hopefully be gone for good, until at least another hardware failure.

I just hope, it's back in business tonight, gonna go and work hard on my GMC titles now ... so I need my connection to Anet up again ;-)
