I've disabled it, not because of a technical problem...

I know that there's no accounting for taste, but I am beginning to think the game looks better with the post-process effects disabled.

Seems the PPE tends to add a romantic but somewhat blurry/hazy glow...that my eyes are rebelling against.

Anyone else reach this conclusion?

The vaseline smear on the camera lens is what movie makers use when they want to soften a scene or the close-up of the "beloved" face, but, it's beginning to make my eyes water.

Comments/opinions welcome.

BTW, should I expect a video performance increase?

Yea it should increase your performance.. but post is one of the best things in gw for me. It makes the fantasy feel more real, and has a way of melding the edges so that i dont have to enable 4xAA.
