hey all,

got a req 10 tactics, max, gold, INSCRIBABALE celestial sheild from the hoh chest tonight. any ideas on what its worth?

+30hp, and -5/20% mods on it...

i'm pretty sure these only drop in factions, and they dont drop as inscribabale....so, does that mean the hoh chest is the only place u can get them this way?
