PC: Shocking War Hammer of Shelter (gold) & Meynsan's Longbow (green) and a few mods

As topic said I need inputs on a few items, I' pretyy new to this game so I'd apriciate advice on how to salvage them and what the upgrade parts are worth if the item is salvagble.

Shocking War Hammer of Shelter:
Lightning Damage 13-22 (Requires 8 Hammer Mastery)
Damge +15% (while health is above 50%)
Armor +7 (vs. physical attacks)

Meynsan's Longbow:
Piercing Damage 15-28 (Requires 9 Marksmanship)
Damge +15%
Armor -10 (while attacking)
Lengthens Bleeding duration on foes by 33% (Stacking)
Health +30

Hale Staff head +30

Zealous Bowstring

90 Lunar Tokens (what are they good for?)

Upgrades can be checked from weaponmod pricelist & bow from canthan green item pricelist.

Warhammer is merch food I'm afraid, not max dmg.
Lunar Tokens were used during festival. Wait till next year or trash them

you can savage the 15^50 urgrade and sell it for 3k..
