I have my own guild which is co-led by a friend of mine. What is considered a good guild? (Members, faction...etc)

Currently:
Leader: 1
Officers:~15
Members:~10
Total Players: ~25
Faction:~20k

I created this guild with the intention of eventually allowing my friend to branch off and create a new guild. Maybe even starting a new alliance and then moving over to GW2 when that hits the market. This guild was created back in December. Is this a success so far, or will this just plummet and eventually fail?
Note: The guild has enlargened a lot over the past week. ( Was about 15 members 1 week ago )

You'll hate this answer, but "good" is relative to your goals.

Do you just want big? Then no, it's not good.

Do you want a close-knit group of people who enjoy playing together? Then maybe it is good... if you are a close-knit group of people who enjoy playing together.

It's also good for growth if the guild as a whole gets along, because the probability is high that people will be inviting like-minded players who also get along.

One thing I would suggest, is as you grow, do not add more officers yet. Your guild seems quite top-heavy atm. You probably like all the officers you have, but if you continue to make the majority of players officers, then the ones you do not make, will eventually leave, wondering why they were one of the few not good enough. Just my 2c.
