racism in game

ok i dont want a huge discusion on this but can i report people for publicly racist comments it is starting to get to me. I am black and constintly enduring slurrs and stereotypes that offend me.
EX: today i was just chillin and someone typed
"my sister does black guys for drugs" i continued to yell at him and tell him about his incorrect stereotype whilst everyone else in the district cheered him on and promoted drugdealers corupting african comunities

now i understand this is a disturbed, or abused iduvidual and hold no grudge i just want him out of my gaming comunity
