Scepter of the Forgotten (I heard its rare, skin is actually nice for a wand)
Lightning dmg 11-22 (req 9 spawning)
Halves Skill recharge of spells (chance 9%)
Incription: Strength and Honor
Damage +15% (while Health is above 50%)
Value: 548 (!)

The mods suck for a wand, but it can be modded anyway. It has the highest merchant value ive ever seen I think.

It's semi-rare skin that not seems to drop very often from mobs but instead from treasure chests.

Spawning req will be quite obstacle (novelty of energy storage/soul reaping/spawning reqs is gone). 10k~, might get more from someone looking exatcly that skin & req.

Nice skin, but spawning is just not the type of attribute you want...I usually ended up merching all my scepter of forgottens, but I'd salvage that 15^50 before you do so :P
