PC on Gold Daggers

Hopfully I did the picture correctly, if not I'll try to get it right. Here are the stats anyways:

Zealous Bronze Daggers of Enchanting (Gold)
7-17dmg (9 dagger mastery req)
Energy Gain on Hit: +1
Energy Regeneration: -1
Enchantments last 19% longer
Dmg +14% when health is above 50%

I dont know if that skin is special or not either. Its not perfect but they seem to be nice and a guildie advised me to keep them. Im not sure if I will be making an assasin any time soon or not.
Also I should add this in, instead of posting elsewhere to get a price (sorry to the admin for that one earlier).
