If you meant outside GW, it doesn't save the screens as a file it just copies it to the clipboard. You have to open paint, paste, and save manually.

Outside of Guild Wars, you can use the "printscreensysrq" button to capture images on your screen as it is. To find your images go to Start->Programs->Accessories->Paint. With Paint open, go to edit then paste or hotkeying by pressing CTRL + V. Then from there, you can save the file in whatever format you want. The default format for saved images in paint are in .bmp format.

Take note that you can only capture one screen at a time, if you repeatedly pressed the "printscreen" function, it will override the desired screen you wanted to capture.
