Can someone please give me a PC on this one:

Gold "Zealous Dead Sword of Fortitude"
*15-22 Dmg (req 11)
* +15% Dmg while in stance
* Zealous
* +30HP

25-30k just because someone might buy the fortitude upgrade and use it on another sword. hard to sell clean req11 dead swords for more then 10k
